Welcome to Vonos ("Vonos", "we", "us", or "our"). Vonos is a digital asset platform offering spot trading, peer-to-peer (P2P) trading, and instant crypto swaps. By creating an account or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms to use Vonos. You may not use our service if you are located in, or a resident of, a country or region subject to sanctions, or if using the service would violate any law or regulation applicable to you.

We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue any market, trading pair, asset, or feature at any time, including in response to liquidity, regulatory, or security considerations.
You may create an account using an email/password or by signing in with Google. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, any two-factor authentication or passkey configured on your account, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
We reserve the right to request additional verification, and to limit, suspend, or close any account at our discretion, including where we suspect fraud, abuse, unlawful activity, or a breach of these terms.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that deposit addresses, networks, and withdrawal details you provide are correct. Blockchain transactions are irreversible, and we are not able to recover funds sent to an incorrect address, an unsupported network, or a third-party wallet. Deposits are typically credited after the required number of network confirmations, and withdrawals may be subject to review, network fees, and processing limits.
Orders placed on Spot Markets are matched against other users' orders on our order book. Once matched, a trade is final and cannot be reversed. We do not guarantee that any order will be filled, filled in full, or filled at a particular price, and market prices may move rapidly between the time you place an order and the time it executes.
P2P Markets let users post ads and trade directly with one another. The seller's digital assets are held in escrow by Vonos once a trade starts, and are released to the buyer only after the seller confirms receipt of payment, or as otherwise resolved through our dispute process. Payment for a P2P trade (e.g. bank transfer or other off-platform payment method) happens directly between the buyer and seller; Vonos is not a party to that payment and does not process, hold, or guarantee it.
You are responsible for verifying trade details and communicating only through the in-app chat. If a dispute arises, either party may raise it for review; we may request evidence from both parties and will make a final, binding determination on the release of escrowed funds, acting reasonably and in good faith based on the evidence available to us.
Ads, ratings, and reviews submitted on P2P Markets must reflect genuine offers and experiences. We may moderate, suspend, or remove any ad, review, or account involved in fraudulent, manipulative, or abusive behavior.
Swap lets you exchange one supported digital asset for another at a quoted rate. Quoted rates are indicative and may change before your transaction is confirmed due to market volatility or network conditions. Once a swap is submitted and confirmed on-chain or executed against available liquidity, it is final and cannot be reversed or cancelled.
We may charge fees for trading, swaps, deposits, withdrawals, or other services, as displayed to you at the time of the transaction. We may change our fees at any time; changes will apply to transactions made after the change takes effect.
Digital assets are volatile and involve significant risk, including the risk of losing your entire balance. Prices can fluctuate rapidly, liquidity is not guaranteed, and past performance is not indicative of future results. Blockchain transactions are irreversible, and network congestion or third-party wallet issues are outside of our control. Nothing on Vonos constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and you should only trade with funds you can afford to lose.

Our service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any market price, quote, or ad reflects fair or accurate value.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vonos shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to losses arising from market volatility, a P2P trade or dispute, a swap transaction, an incorrect deposit or withdrawal address, or unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.
You agree to indemnify and hold Vonos harmless from any claims, losses, or damages, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of the service, your ads or trades, breach of these terms, or your dealings with another user.
All content, features, and functionality of our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are our exclusive property and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service without our permission.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our service, including a market, trading pair, or supported asset, at any time without notice. We may also update these terms from time to time, and your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
We will make good-faith efforts to resolve any dispute directly with you before either party pursues formal proceedings. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be settled by binding arbitration on an individual basis; you and Vonos each waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.
